In the South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art auction, the work Untitled (Woman With Flowers) sold for USD 9,375.00 (€ 8,097.95) - well above the upper estimate of USD 5,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Gogi Saroj Pal; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot without title sold at auction in September 2006 with the realized price of USD 18,000.00 (€ 14,187.75).
