Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2014 a collector was able to acquire the work "Sjöjungfru" (Mermaid) by Gösta Sandels for SEK 34,000.00 (€ 3,767.70). This price was achieved in the auction Modern Sale at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 40,000.00 – 50,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gösta Sandels achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Flicka med flygande hår" (Elaine) in October 2011 with an auction result of SEK 350,000.00 (€ 38,821.97).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2014 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Sjöjungfru" (Mermaid) von Gösta Sandels für SEK 34.000,00 (€ 3.767,70) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 40.000,00 – 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gösta Sandels erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Flicka med flygande hår" (Elaine) im Oktober 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 350.000,00 (€ 38.821,97).
