Sold at the upper estimate price
The work "Landskap med segelbåd, Bohuslän" (Landscape with sailing boat) by Gösta Sandels was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in April 2014. The auction ended at the price of SEK 100,000.00 (€ 11,081.47), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of SEK 80,000.00 – 100,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gösta Sandels - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Flicka med flygande hår" (Elaine), which sold at auction in October 2011 for SEK 350,000.00 (€ 38,821.97).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit "Landskap med segelbåd, Bohuslän" (Landscape with sailing boat) von Gösta Sandels kam im April 2014 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 100.000,00 (€ 11.081,47) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 80.000,00 – 100.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Gösta Sandels mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Flicka med flygande hår" (Elaine) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2011 für SEK 350.000,00 (€ 38.821,97) versteigert wurde.
