Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Homme Au Fusil by Giuseppe Signorini was sold in the Dessins Anciens et du XIXe Siècle auction at Christies in Paris in April 2013. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 3,250.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giuseppe Signorini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Prayer in the Mosque in March last year with an auction result of GBP 44,100.00 (€ 52,285.51).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Homme Au Fusil von Giuseppe Signorini wurde im April 2013 in der Auktion Dessins Anciens et du XIXe Siècle bei Christies in Paris versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 3.250,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Signorini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Prayer in the Mosque im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 44.100,00 (€ 52.285,51).
