In March 2009 Sothebys in Paris held the auction Collection Robert Lebel: Old Master and 19th-century Drawings, which included the work Vierge À L'Enfant Avec Saint Jean-Baptiste Et Saint Jérôme by Francesco Mazzola. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 700,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 780,750.00. Other works by Francesco Mazzola have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 792,000.00 (€ 1,159,395.17) in July 2006 for the work Portrait of A Bearded Man, Bust-Length, In A Black Hat, Wearing A Gold Chain With A Ring.

Im März 2009 führte Sothebys in Paris die Auktion Collection Robert Lebel: Old Master and 19th-century Drawings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Vierge À L'Enfant Avec Saint Jean-Baptiste Et Saint Jérôme von Francesco Mazzola zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 700.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 780.750,00 einen neuen Besitzer.
