Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2020 Il Ponte held the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo, which included the work Viandanti by Giovanni Migliara. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,400.00 17% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giovanni Migliara achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mantova, Piazza Delle Erbe in June 2005 with an auction result of EUR 124,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2020 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo durch, in der auch die Arbeit Viandanti von Giovanni Migliara zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.400,00 und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giovanni Migliara erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mantova, Piazza Delle Erbe im Juni 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 124.000,00.
