Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Giovanni Migliara achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in June this year. In the 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures auction, the work Veduta di Castel dell'Ovo a Napoli con mare in burrasca sold for EUR 3,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giovanni Migliara achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mantova, Piazza Delle Erbe in June 2005 with an auction result of EUR 124,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Giovanni Migliara erzielte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures wurde die Arbeit Veduta di Castel dell'Ovo a Napoli con mare in burrasca für EUR 3.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.600,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giovanni Migliara erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mantova, Piazza Delle Erbe im Juni 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 124.000,00.
