Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Getting Ready to Juice!" by Gina Beavers was sold in the Contemporary Art & Design auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in April last year. The price achieved of SEK 46,000.00 (€ 4,452.88) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SEK 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Gina Beavers have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lips with Painter’s Lips in June last year with an auction result of HKD 327,600.00 (€ 39,866.50).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "Getting Ready to Juice!" von Gina Beavers wurde im April letzten Jahres in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von SEK 46.000,00 (€ 4.452,88) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit SEK 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gina Beavers auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Lips with Painter’s Lips im Juni letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 327.600,00 (€ 39.866,50).
