It achieved a price of USD 25,000.00 (€ 22,739.68), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 67%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gillian Carnegie - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Prince, which sold at auction in March 2021 for GBP 63,000.00 (€ 74,008.77).
