Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Decostruzione by Gianpietro Carlesso was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Auction auction at Sothebys in London in February 2008. The price achieved of GBP 13,700.00 (€ 17,919.06) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 12,000.00 – 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gianpietro Carlesso - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Curvatura Sette, which sold at auction in February 2010 for GBP 34,850.00 (€ 38,878.42).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Decostruzione von Gianpietro Carlesso wurde im Februar 2008 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 13.700,00 (€ 17.919,06) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 12.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Gianpietro Carlesso mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Curvatura Sette beobachtet, die im Februar 2010 für GBP 34.850,00 (€ 38.878,42) versteigert wurde.
