The »bidding war« ended at EUR 3,660.00 22% above the estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gianni Colombo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Strutturazione pulsante in October 2015 with an auction result of GBP 314,500.00 (€ 439,906.95).
Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit „Strutturazione acentrica“. von Gianni Colombo wurde im Juni 2013 in der Auktion Auktionen 207-214 - Third Floor - Schätzwerte bis EUR 3.000 bei Grisebach versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 3.660,00 und damit 22% über dem Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gianni Colombo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Strutturazione pulsante im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 314.500,00 (€ 439.906,95).
