The work Popeye by Ghost was sold in the Under the Influence auction at Phillips in New York in March 2012. It achieved a price of USD 5,625.00 (€ 4,218.54), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ghost - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Everyone Has There Own Arrow - 2016, which sold at auction in April 2018 for EUR 10,400.00.

Die Arbeit Popeye von Ghost wurde im März 2012 in der Auktion Under the Influence bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 5.625,00 (€ 4.218,54) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Für andere Arbeiten von Ghost mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Everyone Has There Own Arrow - 2016 beobachtet, die im April 2018 für EUR 10.400,00 versteigert wurde.
