Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Gert Marcus could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2010 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Spring Modern Sale auction, the work Utan titel changed hands for SEK 5,000.00 (€ 518.64) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gert Marcus achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Study for "Di-edersekvensen" in November 2019 with an auction result of SEK 85,000.00 (€ 8,053.36).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Gert Marcus konnte im Mai 2010 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Spring Modern Sale wechselte die Arbeit Utan titel für SEK 5.000,00 (€ 518,64) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gert Marcus erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Study for "Di-edersekvensen" im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 85.000,00 (€ 8.053,36).
