Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Koetjes - Cows by Gerrit Benner was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in April 2014. The price achieved of EUR 11,875.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Gerrit Benner have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Zomers Landschap in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 72,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Koetjes - Cows von Gerrit Benner kam im April 2014 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 11.875,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gerrit Benner auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Zomers Landschap im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 72.250,00.
