Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Gerda Lepke was auctioned at Grisebach in August 2021. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 300.00 – 400.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 325.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gerda Lepke achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ohne Titel (Tag der Urnenbeisetzung von Hermann Glöckner). in December 2020 with an auction result of EUR 7,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Gerda Lepke kam im August 2021 bei Grisebach zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 300,00 – 400,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 325,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gerda Lepke erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ohne Titel (Tag der Urnenbeisetzung von Hermann Glöckner). im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.250,00.
