Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

Here, the upper estimate of USD 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 57,075.00 (€ 55,289.16). Admittedly, works by Gerard Curtis Delano have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work In Bonnet And Paint, Early-Day Sioux Scouts in May 2018 with an auction result of USD 471,000.00 (€ 403,598.97).
