Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Au jardin de Paris by Georges Bottini was sold in the Impressionist and Modern Art Works on Paper auction at Christies in New York in May 2018. The price achieved of USD 4,375.00 (€ 3,748.93) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Georges Bottini - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work L'arrivée chez Maxim's, which sold at auction in March 2018 for EUR 12,500.00.

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 4.375,00 (€ 3.748,93) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden.
