Auction result misses estimated price range
In February 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work Connecticut Shore by George Lovett Kingsland Morris for USD 11,250.00 (€ 8,601.58). This price was achieved in the auction American Art at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by George Lovett Kingsland Morris have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Intrusion in November 2021 with an auction result of USD 68,750.00 (€ 60,910.78).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Februar 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Connecticut Shore von George Lovett Kingsland Morris für USD 11.250,00 (€ 8.601,58) erwerben.
