The work Landscape in Fife by George Leslie Hunter was auctioned at Bonhams in Edinburgh in October last year. It achieved a price of GBP 17,850.00 (€ 20,795.05), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 49%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by George Leslie Hunter achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Still Life With Tulips And Oranges in April 2009 with an auction result of GBP 433,250.00 (€ 484,118.60).

Die Arbeit Landscape in Fife von George Leslie Hunter kam im Oktober letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Edinburgh zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 17.850,00 (€ 20.795,05) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 49%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von George Leslie Hunter erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Still Life With Tulips And Oranges im April 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 433.250,00 (€ 484.118,60).
