The result of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,949.98) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by George Campbell have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Evening In Connemara in May 2007 with an auction result of GBP 50,400.00 (€ 74,167.01).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.949,98) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00.
