In February 2012 Phillips in London held the auction Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work Descending the Star by Gedi Sibony. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 20,000.00 (€ 23,880.53), 33% above the upper estimate. Other works by Gedi Sibony have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 47,880.00 (€ 44,756.03) in December last year for the work Stumble Riser.

Im Februar 2012 führte Phillips in London die Auktion Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Descending the Star von Gedi Sibony zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 23.880,53) und damit 33% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Gedi Sibony haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 47.880,00 (€ 44.756,03) im Dezember letzten Jahres für die Arbeit Stumble Riser beobachtet.
