Auction result misses estimated price range
In January 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work Soldiers Asleep by Gaspare Diziani for USD 3,750.00 (€ 2,760.60). This price was achieved in the auction Property from the Estate of Giancarlo Baroni at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gaspare Diziani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Alexander And Diogenes in January 2015 with an auction result of USD 161,000.00 (€ 142,604.07).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Januar 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Soldiers Asleep von Gaspare Diziani für USD 3.750,00 (€ 2.760,60) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Property from the Estate of Giancarlo Baroni bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gaspare Diziani erzielen.
