Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Gaspare Diziani could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in October 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Master Paintings and Drawings auction, the work Diana and Endymion changed hands for USD 1,764.00 (€ 1,527.01) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gaspare Diziani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Alexander And Diogenes in January 2015 with an auction result of USD 161,000.00 (€ 142,604.07).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Gaspare Diziani konnte im Oktober 2021 bei Sothebys in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Master Paintings and Drawings wechselte die Arbeit Diana and Endymion für USD 1.764,00 (€ 1.527,01) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gaspare Diziani erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Alexander And Diogenes im Januar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 161.000,00 (€ 142.604,07).
