A top price for Gao Fenghan
In November 2016 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Classical Chinese Painting and Calligraphy, which included the work Album Of Peonies by Gao Fenghan. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 6,015,000.00 (€ 732,967.95), 25% above the upper estimate. With this result, Album Of Peonies is even the most expensive work of art by Gao Fenghan that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im November 2016 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Classical Chinese Painting and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Album Of Peonies von Gao Fenghan zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 6.015.000,00 (€ 732.967,95) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Album Of Peonies sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Gao Fenghan, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
