It changed hands for a price of GBP 750.00 (€ 1,019.12) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Admittedly, works by Frederick Nash have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work View of Tothill Street with Westminster Abbey beyond; and View of Gracechurch Street with the Monument and the church of St. Magnus the Martyr beyond in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 5,250.00 (€ 6,636.18).

Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 750,00 (€ 1.019,12) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 600,00 – 800,00.
