The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Foxes (Die Füchse) in March last year with an auction result of GBP 42,654,500.00 (€ 50,571,710.45).

Die Arbeit Schöpfungsgeschichte II. von Franz Marc kam im Juli 2020 bei VAN HAM in Köln zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 3.354,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 34 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Franz Marc erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Foxes (Die Füchse) im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 42.654.500,00 (€ 50.571.710,45).
