Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Franz Bernhard was sold in the Frühjahrsauktionen 2018 - Third Floor auction at Grisebach in June 2018. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 600.00 – 800.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 625.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Franz Bernhard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work „Relief Büste Profil“. in November 2013 with an auction result of EUR 12,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Franz Bernhard wurde im Juni 2018 in der Auktion Frühjahrsauktionen 2018 - Third Floor bei Grisebach versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 625,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Franz Bernhard erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit „Relief Büste Profil“. im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 12.500,00.
