Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In July 2008 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work Spazio-Luce-Verde by Francesco Lo Savio. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 67,250.00 (€ 85,441.88). Admittedly, works by Francesco Lo Savio have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Spazio luce in April 2017 with an auction result of EUR 486,880.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juli 2008 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Spazio-Luce-Verde von Francesco Lo Savio zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 67.250,00 (€ 85.441,88) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Francesco Lo Savio auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Spazio luce im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 486.880,00.
