Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2011 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Impressionist and Modern Art, which included the work Woman on a balcony by Floris Jespers. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 8,750.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Floris Jespers achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Jewish Girl in November 2021 with an auction result of EUR 275,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2011 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Woman on a balcony von Floris Jespers zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 8.750,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Floris Jespers erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Jewish Girl im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 275.000,00.
