In the Fine American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture auction, the work Urchin'S Game sold for USD 15,535.00 (€ 12,511.07) - well above the upper estimate of USD 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Fletcher Martin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Homage to Marciano, which sold at auction in March 2007 for USD 48,000.00 (€ 35,890.53).
