In the Fine American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture auction, the work Action At Second sold for USD 26,290.00 (€ 21,172.59) - well above the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Fletcher Martin; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Homage to Marciano sold at auction in March 2007 with the realized price of USD 48,000.00 (€ 35,890.53).
