In the Post-War & Contemporary Art X Made in California auction, the work Drum Rhythm Maquette, 2007 sold for USD 3,825.00 (€ 3,303.96) - well above the upper estimate of USD 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Fletcher Benton have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Yellow Lilly in July 2015 with an auction result of USD 15,000.00 (€ 13,601.74).
