Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2014 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings, which included the work Calligraphy Couplet In Xingshu by Feng Guifen. The price achieved of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 5,147.65) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Other works by Feng Guifen have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2018 the work Running Script Calligraphic Couplet was auctioned for HKD 81,250.00 (€ 8,876.93).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2014 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Calligraphy Couplet In Xingshu von Feng Guifen zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 5.147,65) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Feng Guifen konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2018 die Arbeit Running Script Calligraphic Couplet für HKD 81.250,00 (€ 8.876,93) versteigert.
