Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 23,750.00 (€ 22,452.26) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Fanny Sanín - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Acrylic No. 4, which sold at auction in November 2015 for USD 50,000.00 (€ 47,339.52).
