Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In September 2012 Christies in New York held the auction First Open Post-War and Contemporary Art, which included the work Town and Country by Eva Rothschild. Here, the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 21,250.00 (€ 16,529.25). Other works by Eva Rothschild have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 31,918.42) in March 2019 for the work Double Bow.

Im September 2012 führte Christies in New York die Auktion First Open Post-War and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Town and Country von Eva Rothschild zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 21.250,00 (€ 16.529,25) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Eva Rothschild haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 27.500,00 (€ 31.918,42) im März 2019 für die Arbeit Double Bow beobachtet.
