Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Cyclops by Eva Rothschild was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2018. The price achieved of GBP 2,500.00 (€ 2,825.43) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eva Rothschild achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Double Bow in March 2019 with an auction result of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 31,918.42).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Cyclops von Eva Rothschild kam im Juni 2018 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.500,00 (€ 2.825,43) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eva Rothschild erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Double Bow im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 27.500,00 (€ 31.918,42).
