Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 3.250,00 (€ 3.700,30) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 30%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eugène Carrière erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Maternité im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 36.000,00 (€ 53.461,13).
