Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Portrait Of Craigie Aitchison'S Dog (Somerset) by Euan Uglow was auctioned at Sothebys in London in June 2018. It achieved a price of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 10,595.35), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Euan Uglow achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Striding Nude, Blue Dress in March this year with an auction result of GBP 504,000.00 (€ 573,397.35).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Portrait Of Craigie Aitchison'S Dog (Somerset) von Euan Uglow kam im Juni 2018 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 9.375,00 (€ 10.595,35) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Euan Uglow erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Striding Nude, Blue Dress im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 504.000,00 (€ 573.397,35).
