A top price for Esteban Chartrand - as previously expected
The work Ingenio Con Río by Esteban Chartrand was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in November 2010. The price achieved of USD 74,500.00 (€ 57,149.43) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Ingenio Con Río is the most expensive artwork by Esteban Chartrand that we have observed at auctions so far.
