However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ernest Shepard - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Here Is Edward Bear, Coming Downstairs Now, Bump, Bump, Bump, On The Back Of His Head, Behind Christopher Robin.", which sold at auction in December 2012 for GBP 139,250.00 (€ 171,733.92).
