In May 2010 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Spring Modern Sale, which included the work Utan titel by Erland Cullberg. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 15,500.00 (€ 1,607.77), 29% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Erland Cullberg - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in May 2013 for SEK 36,000.00 (€ 4,185.40).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 29 % übertroffen
Im Mai 2010 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Spring Modern Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Utan titel von Erland Cullberg zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 15.500,00 (€ 1.607,77) und damit 29% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Erland Cullberg mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Mai 2013 für SEK 36.000,00 (€ 4.185,40) versteigert wurde.
