Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled; and a companion work by Equipo Crónica was sold in the Christie's Interiors auction at Christies in New York in December 2012. Here, the upper estimate of USD 10,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 11,250.00 (€ 8,531.78). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Equipo Crónica achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Jugada Juan Gris (Composición Triangular Dos Veces) in February 2008 with an auction result of GBP 132,500.00 (€ 173,304.80).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled; and a companion work von Equipo Crónica wurde im Dezember 2012 in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 10.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 11.250,00 (€ 8.531,78) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Equipo Crónica erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Jugada Juan Gris (Composición Triangular Dos Veces) im Februar 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 132.500,00 (€ 173.304,80).
