The work Gold between monuments by Entang Wiharso was sold in the Indonesian Art auction at Christies in Amsterdam in October 2007. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 5,000.00 67% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Entang Wiharso achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Feast Table Undeclared Perceptions. in June 2021 with an auction result of EUR 58,050.00.

Die Arbeit Gold between monuments von Entang Wiharso wurde im Oktober 2007 in der Auktion Indonesian Art bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 5.000,00 und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Entang Wiharso erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Feast Table Undeclared Perceptions. im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 58.050,00.
