In March 2014 Christies in London held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art, which included the work Diamond Man by Enrico David. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 4,000.00 (€ 4,841.40), 33% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Enrico David have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in October 2018 with an auction result of USD 37,500.00 (€ 33,092.13).

Im März 2014 führte Christies in London die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Diamond Man von Enrico David zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 4.000,00 (€ 4.841,40) und damit 33% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Enrico David auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 37.500,00 (€ 33.092,13).
