Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Innocence by Émile Munier was sold in the 19th Century and British Impressionist Art auction at Bonhams in London in October 2020. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 18,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 20,062.50 (€ 22,277.69). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Émile Munier achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Sauvetage (The Rescue) in May 2001 with an auction result of USD 336,000.00 (€ 397,397.99).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Innocence von Émile Munier wurde im Oktober 2020 in der Auktion 19th Century and British Impressionist Art bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 18.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 20.062,50 (€ 22.277,69) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Émile Munier erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Sauvetage (The Rescue) im Mai 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 336.000,00 (€ 397.397,99).
