Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

It achieved a price of USD 71,875.00 (€ 56,082.24), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Emil Filla achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Czech seated Woman in November 2017 with an auction result of GBP 729,000.00 (€ 827,523.45).

Die Arbeit Still Life Of Flowers And Fruit von Emil Filla kam im März 2013 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 71.875,00 (€ 56.082,24) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Emil Filla erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Czech seated Woman im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 729.000,00 (€ 827.523,45).
