Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2014 Sothebys in New York held the auction Latin American Art Modern & Contemporary, which included the work Imagen De Un Astro by Elsa Gramcko. The »bidding war« ended at USD 30,000.00 (€ 24,119.63), 20% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Elsa Gramcko have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work No. 10 in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 125,000.00 (€ 113,698.38).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2014 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Latin American Art Modern & Contemporary durch, in der auch die Arbeit Imagen De Un Astro von Elsa Gramcko zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 30.000,00 (€ 24.119,63) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Elsa Gramcko auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit No. 10 im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 125.000,00 (€ 113.698,38).
