It achieved a price of AUD 4,080.00 (€ 2,308.61), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 36%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marian Ellis Rowan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Decorated Screen with Wildflowers, c.1880 in November 2021 with an auction result of AUD 59,040.00 (€ 52,307.96).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von AUD 4.080,00 (€ 2.308,61) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 36%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marian Ellis Rowan erzielen.
