The work 2000 by Elad Lassry was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in December 2019. The auction ended at the price of USD 5,000.00 (€ 4,453.55), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Elad Lassry achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Collie (Roof), Pink Chair in May 2014 with an auction result of USD 62,500.00 (€ 45,821.11).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit 2000 von Elad Lassry kam im Dezember 2019 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 5.000,00 (€ 4.453,55) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Elad Lassry erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Collie (Roof), Pink Chair im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 62.500,00 (€ 45.821,11).
