With printed signature, title, date and numbered 43/3000 in gold ink on the underside, with a cast signature on the front, published by Rosenthal Studio-Linie, Germany (with their stamp on the underside).

Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Rosenthal Jahresteller in Porzellan (Rosenthal Annual Plate in Porcelain) by Eduardo Paolozzi was auctioned at Phillips in New York in February this year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 630.00 (€ 594.23). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eduardo Paolozzi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Table Sculpture (Growth) in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 120,000.00 (€ 178,073.96).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Rosenthal Jahresteller in Porzellan (Rosenthal Annual Plate in Porcelain) von Eduardo Paolozzi kam im Februar diesen Jahres bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 630,00 (€ 594,23) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eduardo Paolozzi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Table Sculpture (Growth) im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 120.000,00 (€ 178.073,96).
